At BNDG, every piece is crafted with intention and shipped with care. Because our products are hand‑poured in small batches, returns and exchanges are handled thoughtfully and on a case‑by‑case basis to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Returns & Eligibility

Returns are accepted only with prior approval. To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description of your concern. Items must be unused, unlit, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable USPS service to ensure safe delivery back to us.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please file a claim directly with USPS or your chosen carrier, as they are responsible for resolving shipping‑related issues once the package is in their possession. We’re happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable.
